＜ビューティフルジャパン 青森県 ソフトボール篇＞
平川市平賀東中学校ソフトボール部の顧問と部員に案内されて、平川市のソフトボール教室を訪れた綾瀬はるかさん。大勢の選手たちに大歓声で北京2008オリンピック日本代表監督（現 青森県弘前市職員）齋藤春香さんと同金メダリスト西山麗さんが出迎えてくれました。キャッチボール、バッティング、守備、ピッチングと一通り練習した綾瀬さん、早速、みんなと一緒に試合をすることに。勝ち負けはさておき、和気藹々と楽しい試合となりました。東京2020オリンピック出場を夢見る選手たちのキラキラした表情が印象的です。

Beautiful JAPAN Aomori Prefecture Softball clip
Haruka Ayase came to the softball clubroom guided by an advisor and members of Hirakahigashi JHS Softball Club in Hirakawa City. Haruka Saito (Coach of the National Team at the Beijing 2008 Olympics and now Hirosama City employee in Aomori Prefecture), and Rei Nishiyama (Bronze medalist at the same Olympics) welcomed her.
Ms. Ayase quickly ran through catching, batting, fielding, and pitching, then played a friendly game with them. The keen expressions of the atheletes striving to play at the Tokyo 2020 Olympics, were extraordinary.
