Highlights from the 2018 Rose Parade appearance of Japan’s Kyoto Tachibana Senior High School Marching Band under the auspices of the Green Band Association. What makes these the “Top 5 Special Moments” is just my own opinion. I chose these due to how they stand-out in a sea of truly unique remembrances.
